Doral's New Favorite Spot
Crafted for
Every Mood
From morning pour-overs to evening craft cocktails — Genesis Color Bar is where Doral comes to sip, socialize, and unwind.
Our Story
Born from a Love of Great Drinks
Genesis Color Bar started with a simple idea: a space where the quality of your morning coffee is just as intentional as the craft of your evening cocktail. Located in the heart of Doral, we've built a neighborhood gathering place that respects both the ritual of specialty coffee and the artistry of mixology.
Our baristas train for months. Our mixologists obsess over balance. Every drink that leaves our counter carries the same standard — bold, refined, and made to order.
The Experience
More Than a Drink
Morning Ritual
Start your day with precision. Our baristas treat every pour-over and espresso like a craft — because it is. Quiet corners, strong coffee, and the kind of atmosphere that makes email feel optional.
Evening Energy
When the sun sets, the lighting shifts, the music deepens, and the cocktail menu takes center stage. It's the same space, a different frequency — perfect for after-work drinks or weekend gatherings.
Your Third Place
Not home. Not work. Genesis Color Bar is where Doral connects — whether you're catching up with a friend, hosting a small meeting, or claiming a corner with a good book and a great pour-over.
